    Me personally I would like to see more boys continue to play at their own boys club while still having some training with senior clubs as I think this would keep them focused on the main goals they have to achieve to become a footballer and not have them go to bigger clubs only for them to be released after a certain time because at this age it might be the difference of boys wanting to keep playing or quitting for good
