or agents, the families of such employees and any other person

2. Last date for receipt of entries is May 1st 2012. All
subscriptions received by then will be entered into a Free Prize
Draw, and the first entry randomly selected by an independent
person will win pair of Adidas F50 football boots, A Complete Kit
for Your Team, Fifa 12 and Football Manager 2012 in format of your
choice. The prize must be claimed by June 2012. There will be no
runners-up. The prize is as stated and cannot be transferred, sold
or exchanged. There is no cash alternative. No bulk or third
party entries accepted. Due to manufacturers continually changing
and updating models, the product offered may be substituted for an
alternative to an equivalent value.
3. The winner will be notified in writing. His/her name will be
made available afterwards - send AE to: Viascout Ltd, 20 Edward
Place, Stepps, Glasgow G33 6EN. In the event the claim for a prize
is not received by the Promoter within 10 working days of such
notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an
alternative winner.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize of equal
or greater value in the event of unavailability due to
circumstances beyond the Promoter's control.
