FAQ's

How do I sign up?  

From our Sign Up page, just provide us with your full name, email address, birthday, and desired password. After you complete the sign up form, we will send an email to the address you provided. Clicking on the confirmation link will complete the sign up process.

My Confirmation email doesn't arrive.

  • Check your email app's spam or junk folder or filter.
  • Check that you're trying to log in from the correct email address.
  • Please note that some emails may be blocked by your ISP or delayed by your ISP (internet service provider).

I get an error using the confirmation email.

Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

  1. First, try logging in (with the email address you signed up with).
  2. If you are unable to log in, copy and paste the full link that you received in the confirmation email into your browser. 

I forgot my password.

It's okay to forget things. You can reset your password by clicking here.

I am not receiving the email to reset my password.

If you're not receiving the email to reset your password, please check your email app's spam or junk folder or filter. Please note that some emails may be blocked by your ISP (internet service provider).

How do I report abuse?

You may report abuse by using the proper "Report" link that appears next to many pieces of content on the site. You may also report another user by using the "Report/Block" link that appears at the bottom of a user's profile page.

I have been warned for approaching the limit for a feature.

Viascout has determined that you were using a feature at a rate that is likely to be abusive. For example, if you were warned about approaching the limit for sending friend requests, then we determined that you were adding new friends too quickly. Please be aware that further abuse of such features can result in your account being permanently disabled.

How do I upload my video.

From our Viascout Sign in page, Sign in using your user name and password, once you have entered your profile click on Video, then Upload video directly below the Video menu button.
