young players is improving?
I think the standard is improving, kids just seem to be faster,
stronger, fitter, just more aware of what they need to do
8) Are you optimistic about the
future of football?
Very optimistic due to the facilities that the kids have now,
football has always been a way of life but there just seems so many
places that a kid can develop now
9) Are you aware of scouts from
pro clubs watching your games?
We are aware of scouts at games. We enjoy this as it shows us

here as a stepping stone and hopefully gets as many of the boys
signed up at a bigger club
10) Do you have or do you see many young players who
have the talent to make it?
I have seen boys who I think can make it and also have some boys
in the team. We now just need to work with them and encourage them
to do the right things to hopefully progress and get the move they
all crave
11) If there's one thing you could change about
football in this country what would it be?
Me personally I would like to see more boys continue to play at
their own boys club while still having some training with senior
clubs as I think this would keep them focused on the main goals
they have to achieve to become a footballer and not have them go to
bigger clubs only for them to be released after a certain time
because at this age it might be the difference of boys wanting to
keep playing or quitting for good
